Mr. Andreoli is a graduate of the University of South Alabama and has over thirty-three years of experience in the practice of public accounting and is the firm's managing director. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mike is an active member of the First United Methodist Church in Bay Minette. He also serves as Vice Chairman on the board of directors for United Bank. In addition to his Vice Chairman position, Mike is the Director of the Holding Company for United Bank of Alabama as well as the Chairman of the Holding Company's audit committee.  He is also involved in numerous civic activities in North Baldwin County.

Since joining the firm in 1990,  Mr. Andreoli has had extensive experience in all phases of accounting and tax for individuals, small businesses, professional service firms, utilities, restaurants, medical practices and various other businesses.

Mr. Robertson is a certified public accountant with over forty-five years of experience in the practice of public accounting. He is the founding shareholder of the accounting firm of Robertson, Andreoli and Covington, PC. In addition, he has also taught advanced level accounting courses at various universities and colleges. Jim has vast experience in estate planning, financial planning, business and individual income tax preparation and planning, management consulting, business sales and acquisitions, mergers and reorganizations, and audits, reviews and compilations of financial statements of all types.

Mr. Robertson, a graduate of the University of South Alabama, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants. Other memberships and associations include:

Member of  the First Bank Board of Directors, Church Council member and former Chairman of Finance of First United Methodist Church of Bay Minette, member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of North Baldwin Utilities, past member of the Board of Directors and past Chairman of the North Baldwin Chamber of Commerce, past President of Holly Hills Country Club Board of Directors and member of advisory committees of several business clients.

Mr. Covington is a graduate of Troy University and has over twenty-six years of experience in public accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Covington joined the firm in 1991 and became a shareholder in 1999. Neal is very active in numerous civic activities.  He has served as the President and Treasurer of the North Baldwin Chamber of Commerce as well as the Treasurer of the Bay Minette Rotary Club. He has also served on the board of directors for the United Way of North Baldwin County.

Mr. Covington specializes in the audits of governmental and not-for-profit organizations as well as corporate, partnership and individual taxation.

Christopher is a certified public accountant with over eight years of experience in public accounting.  He earned his Bachelor of Accountancy and Master of Taxation from the Patterson School of Accountancy at the University of Mississippi.  Upon graduating from Ole Miss, he worked in KPMG’s Business Tax Services line before joining our firm in 2019.

Christopher specializes in corporate, partnership and individual taxation as well as state and local tax compliance.  He is a licensed CPA in both Alabama and Tennessee.  Christopher is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants.  Christopher and his wife, Kelsey, live in Spanish Fort with their daughters, Elin and Emma.

Mr. Weatherford earned both his Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Troy University. He has over twenty-five years of experience in public accounting. Since joining the firm in 2001, Tommy has focused on both personal and business income taxation as well as accounting and auditing for small businesses and governmental entities.

Nick has been with the firm since 2007. He graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accountancy. He has worked extensively in individual and business tax compliance, tax planning and consulting services since joining the firm.  Other areas of focus have been accounting and auditing for-profit, governmental and not-for-profit organizations.

He is also a member of the young professionals for the North Baldwin Chamber of Commerce.

Nick and his wife, Jennifer, live in Bay Minette with their two children, Campbell and Hayes.

Ms. Henson joined the firm in 1998 where she provided bookkeeping, payroll and sales tax services to our clients. Ms. Henson later transitioned from the bookkeeping department to the accounting staff, where she provides tax services for businesses and individuals; preparation of company and individual financial statements; reviews and audits of for-profit companies and not-for-profit organizations. Her industry experience includes Construction, Retail, Logging, Timber and Not-for-Profit Entities. Cindy also has vast experience with various software programs such as QuickBooks and Sage (formerly Peachtree).

Dawn graduated from the University of South Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She has been with our firm since 2006 and works with individual and business tax clients.

Knox graduated from the University of South Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. He joined the firm in 2022 providing bookkeeping services and now has moved into the staff accountant role, where he works with business and individual tax clients. Knox and his wife, Hannah, live in Spanish Fort.

Tiffany joined the Firm in August, 2016 as a bookkeeper. She lives in Bay Minette with her husband, Chris, and their three children.

Manci joined the firm in 2020. She graduated from Huntingdon College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. Manci currently lives in Raleigh with her husband.

Jessie has been a with the firm since 2018. Her responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, incoming and outgoing correspondence and executing the administrative functions of the firm.  She provides support and an upbeat atmosphere for the firm’s staff.  

Jessie, her husband Kendrick and their boys, Kirkland and Franklin, live in Bay Minette. They enjoy spending time with their family, going to the beach and being outdoors.

Denise has been with the firm since 2022 where she started out as our receptionist and later transitioned to our bookkeeping department.  She currently resides in Bay minette with her three children. She and her family enjoy spending time outdoors, beach trips, and music.  

Meagan has been with the firm since 2022.  In her role as receptionist, she enjoys being the first face you see as you enter our office or a friendly voice on the other end of the phone.  Meagan and her family live in Bay Minette and enjoy camping, traveling, and exploring new places any chance they get.
